Originally from Seattle, Jade moved to Spokane to pursue her career in real estate after obtaining her licensure from the prestigious Rockwell Institute. Prior to her role as a real estate professional, she demonstrated her contract expertise as head of Human Resources and Payroll for a local non-profit. Jade has been working in real estate since 2020 and has her CLHMS (certified luxury home marketing specialist) designation. Her clients often describe her as friendly, very communicative, detail oriented and fun to be around. After living on the west coast for many years, Jade currently resides in North Spokane with her husband and business partner Jake Waslaski. In her free time, you can find her creating custom gifts in her craft space at home, enjoying time with her Doberman Pinscher at the park or finding local fashion themed events to attend.

Riley Knutson was born and raised here in the Spokane area. Since 2014 Riley has dedicated his life to serving his clients. He spent the very beginning of his career as an administrator at an assisted living & memory care facility which has helped him gain a wealth of knowledge on direct client service.
When interviewed about his philosophy on the subject and helping families buy or get their home sold, he said “I believe that the process of moving can be one of the biggest transitions we’ll make in our lives and it’s something I don’t take lightly”.
As a new father, he enjoys going on trips with his wife and daughter, making memories everywhere they go. Riley is also an avid Golf player and enjoys the outdoors. Don’t be surprised if you see him out on the golf course!
